An absurd series of lies, yet the dinner remains unspoiled through the flood of deception spewing out the mouth of the desperate principal.
The super intendent is miraculously oblivious - not even the thick plumes of carbon,
a roast obliterated by negligence,
nor the obvious farce promise of “steamed clams,”
fast food shamelessly disguised as home cooking,
could sway his stubborn mind.

Curious certainly, but somehow unable to solve this child’s puzzle.

A silly gag once named out of the millions in the series,
now forever enshrined in the halls of the internet.
The writers never anticipated the memetic aura of this skit.
